Eyebrows raised after latest reports on what Bill Gates did after Kenyans refusing cow vaccination

Date:

For months, many Kenyans have debated and argued over a cow vaccination program. This program, supported by President William Ruto’s government, aimed to protect livestock from diseases.

However, not everyone agreed with the plan. Some opposition leaders criticized the move and even warned farmers against letting their cows be vaccinated.

Recently, new claims have sparked more attention to the issue.

Alinur Mohamed, a vocal government critic, made an allegation on his official X account.

According to his sources, billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates withdrew his financial support for the program because of the resistance shown by some Kenyans.

Alinur believes this could explain why funding for the program has suddenly disappeared, despite the President’s strong support for it.

In his statement, Alinur said, “My sources tell me that Bill Gates withdrew his sponsorship for the cow vaccination after Kenyans rejected it.”

His claim has raised eyebrows, as the cow vaccination program was initially seen as a major step to improve livestock health in the country.

The situation has left farmers and other stakeholders wondering about the future of livestock health initiatives.

Without financial support, continuing the program could become difficult.

Many now question whether the resistance to the vaccination was worth the consequences, especially if it affects efforts to control animal diseases.

It remains unclear if Bill Gates truly withdrew his support or if other factors are at play.

However, the controversy has highlighted the challenges of introducing health programs in a country where public opinion is divided. Whether this issue will be resolved soon remains to be seen.
