No shame Senator Karen Nyamu admits to ruining trader in petty revenge act

Date:

Karen Nyamu is no stranger to controversy, but her latest move has left a small business owner in serious trouble. A man named Kamau wa Kisumu had a dream. He sold his only cow to raise money and open a small café.

It was a big risk, but he wanted to create something of his own. For a while, things were looking up.

But then, according to Kamau, Karen Nyamu stepped in and things took a hard turn. He says that Nyamu showed up with a group of people and encouraged them to eat everything in his café.

The problem was, nobody paid the bill. Kamau is now left counting heavy losses, and his young business is struggling to survive.

He says he feels betrayed and heartbroken because he put everything he had into that café.When the story went public, people expected a denial or at least an apology. But Karen Nyamu’s response was sharp and unapologetic.

She reportedly admitted to sending locals to the café and told them to eat without paying. And her reason?

Revenge. She said it was payback for something that happened before. That’s it. No long explanation, no offer to pay back the money. Just a straight admission that she used her influence to hurt a small business because she felt wronged.

That kind of attitude has shocked many Kenyans. While Nyamu is known for being bold and speaking her mind, this time people feel she crossed a serious line.

A small business is not a playground for personal revenge. Kamau sold a cow to follow his dream, and in one moment, that dream was crushed. What makes this even harder to stomach is the power difference.

Karen Nyamu is a well-known public figure. She has a big platform and a strong voice. When she speaks, people listen and follow. Kamau, on the other hand, is just a regular man trying to make ends meet.

He doesn’t have the same connections or resources. So when Nyamu directed crowds to his café, they obeyed.

And now he is left with nothing but empty plates and unpaid bills. He has gone public with his story not because he wants fame, but because he wants justice.

He wants people to know what happened to him and maybe, just maybe, get some help to recover.

This story is a reminder that words and actions have real consequences, especially when they come from powerful people. It’s easy to forget that behind every small business is a person with hopes, fears, and sacrifices.

Kamau sold his cow. That wasn’t just a business transaction, it was a symbol of how much he was willing to give up for a better life.

And now that life is hanging by a thread because someone decided to settle a score using his hard work as the battlefield.

Kenya is full of young people like Kamau who take huge risks to build something from nothing. They deserve protection, not destruction.

As for Karen Nyamu, many are now watching to see if she will take responsibility or if she will continue to hide behind the word “revenge.”

Because revenge might feel good in the moment, but it leaves real people broken. And no amount of boldness can justify that.
