Boina responds to alleged nude leak threat with bold statement

Date:

Kenyan content creator Boina has broken her silence after a hacker allegedly threatened to leak nude photos and videos of her. The unknown individual reportedly sent her an email claiming to have private content and demanding Sh25,000 to keep it from going public.

According to Boina, the email also included threats to share the alleged content with her friends and family through Telegram. This led to mixed reactions online, especially after Boina boldly told the blackmailer to go ahead and do whatever they wanted.

In a video response shared on her social media pages, Boina came out strongly to deny that she had ever taken or shared any nude or erotic content. She said the claims were completely false and were just another example of the kind of harassment influencers go through.

Boina, known widely for her food-related content and her “always eating” theme, expressed her disappointment that people still use such cheap tactics to try and bring others down. She said this wasn’t the first time someone had tried to target her reputation.

She shared that it’s very easy for anyone to create a fake story and cause drama just to gain attention or try to harm someone’s brand. Boina also made it clear that she had never even had a boyfriend, making it impossible for her to have shared any intimate photos or videos.

She wondered how a person could claim to have private content of her when such content doesn’t exist. She said that when she shared the screenshot of the email, it was because she had nothing to hide. Her decision to be open about the threat was meant to show that she was not scared and that she would not give in to blackmail.

In her video, she also called out women who were mocking her instead of standing with her. She expressed disappointment that some women were creating videos spreading the same rumours, instead of focusing on their own lives.

Boina encouraged her followers, especially fellow women, to remain focused on their goals and not let distractions slow them down. She also revealed that the situation was worrying because she has pending deals and contracts that could be affected by such rumours.

However, she made it clear that she would not allow baseless accusations to stop her journey. In her own words, she reminded everyone that “this is a man’s world” and that women have to work twice as hard to succeed. She urged her fans to remain positive and assured them that her content would keep coming.
