The Judicial Service Commission announced 109 internship opportunities for interested candidates.
This internship program will last 12 months, and interns will have completed a non-renewable term with the Judicial Service Commission.
The graduate internship program offers 52 positions in the offices of administration, ICT, supply chain management, information science and record management services, and building services.
In the second category, the JSC is offering 57 internship positions in the diploma internship program at Office Administration (secretariat services), Information Communications and Technology, Supply Chain Management, Information Science and Records Management Services, and Building Services.
“The Commission invites applications from suitable and qualified candidates to fill one hundred and nine (109) internship vacancies in the Judiciary,” read part of the statement by JSC.
“The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is a constitutional Commission established under Article 171 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 to promote and facilitate the independence and accountability of the Judiciary and the efficient, effective, and transparent administration of Justice,” the statement continued.

All interested and qualified candidates are asked to visit the JSC job portal for a detailed job description, appointment requirements, and application instructions.
Applicants must provide a letter of application, an updated CV, the names of two character referees, and copies of their national identity card (ID), passport, or other legal identification documents.
In addition, certified copies of academic and professional certificates, testimonials, transcripts, and a recent colored passport-size photo are required.
Applicants planning to present fraudulent documents have also been warned.
“Providing false information in your application is a criminal offense and may lead to legal repercussions.
All documents and details will be verified by relevant authorities to ensure compliance with recruitment standards,” the commission revealed on its job site.Interested applicants must apply by November 22, at 5:00 p.m.
The internship program will provide graduates with opportunities to consolidate and translate their training skills into meaningful, relevant, and practical on-the-job experiences.
In addition to gaining work experience, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to Kenya’s justice system, assist with judicial processes, and learn from experienced professionals.
The Commission has also advertised for two positions on the tribunal: Chairperson, Sports Disputes Tribunal, and Secretary, Tax Appeals Tribunal.
The Commission has advised candidates to be wary of false agents who may ask them to pay, as it does not charge fees or require medical examinations from applicants.
