Activist Francis Gaitho shocks country with damning allegations on abduction jails allegedly run by Noordin Haji

Date:

Noordin Haji, the Director of National Intelligence (NIS), has been linked to an alarming network of secret detention centers across Nairobi by renown activist Francis Gaitho.

Francis Gaitho also revealed that these locations, which are reportedly used for the illegal detention of individuals, have sparked serious concerns about human rights violations and the state’s involvement in such activities.

Gaitho disclosed that this sites which include areas like Garden Estate, Peponi Road, and Mwihoko, are operated without any form of legal oversight, and detainees are held without trial.

Kavuli, who was reportedly detained at one of these sites, claimed that he was not alone and counted at least 30 other abducted individuals.

The jails are said to be operated by a team of Administration Police officers, who carry out the abductions under direct orders from high-ranking government officials, including President William Ruto.

The involvement of such senior figures in these operations raises serious questions about the accountability of the country’s security services.

The detainees, who are held in these off-the-grid locations, face harsh interrogations, and in some cases, they are reportedly subjected to brutal torture.

If a detainee is severely injured during interrogation, there are claims that they are disposed of by being dumped in corrosive acid, making it difficult to trace their whereabouts.

This disturbing practice has led to the discovery of bodies in various locations such as the Juja quarries and Ruiru.

One of the victims, Denzel Omondi, is said to have been one of the individuals detained at the Mwihoko facility before his body was found in a suspicious condition.

These bodies are believed to be the result of torture and extrajudicial killings, with the authorities attempting to cover up their involvement by disposing of the remains in a way that prevents identification.

The alleged existence of these detention sites and the circumstances surrounding the deaths of detainees appear to be tied to a larger power structure involving a group of Somali oligarchs who control big sectors of Kenya’s economy.

These individuals are said to have close ties with government officials and are believed to use the abduction network to maintain their economic dominance.

“One of the measures that Kenyans can immediately take is to boycott Eastleigh businesses and stop buying apartments owned by Somali developers and built by Chinese contractors”. Francis Gaitho stated in a post on X.

Despite this, Gaitho further revealed that decisions on who gets detained or killed ultimately lie with President Ruto.

There are claims that Haji paid significant sum to secure his position and protection, making it increasingly difficult for any efforts to stop these operations.

The involvement of powerful political figures and the lack of accountability further complicate the situation, leaving many questioning the integrity of Kenya’s justice system and the safety of its citizens according to an expose by Francis Gaitho.

This troubling revelation points to widespread abuse of power within the security services, highlighting the challenges faced by ordinary Kenyans who may fall victim to the country’s unchecked political and economic elites.

It also raises serious concerns about the use of intelligence and law enforcement agencies to silence dissent and maintain control through violence and fear.
