Mutahi Kagwe’s grand plan exposed using chaos to force his way back to KEMSA looting

Date:

In a post shared by Gordon Opiyo on Facebook, he exposed a well-planned scheme to bring back Mutahi Kagwe by creating chaos in the Ministry of Health. Kagwe is not done with KEMSA. He looted billions during Covid, and now he wants to return to finish what he started.

The strikes, the negative media reports, and the push to discredit the current leadership are not random they are being sponsored by Kagwe and his allies to create a crisis and justify his return.

During his time as Health CS, Kagwe oversaw one of the biggest corruption scandals in Kenya’s history. Covid funds meant to save lives were stolen under his watch.

Fake companies with no history of supplying medical equipment were awarded multi-billion tenders overnight. Hospitals ran out of protective gear while Kagwe and his people pocketed the money.

Kenyans died because of lack of medical supplies, while a few individuals made billions. Yet, despite this open looting, Kagwe walked away untouched, protected by a powerful network that controls the media and government contracts.

Now, Kagwe wants to come back. He is using the same tricks sponsoring strikes, pushing fake news, and creating instability in the Ministry of Health. His goal is simple, make the current leadership look weak and incompetent so that he can be brought back as the “savior.” But Kenyans must remember what happened the last time he was in office.

He was not a savior he was a thief. KEMSA became his cash cow, and billions disappeared under his watch. The money that should have gone to hospitals, doctors, and patients was looted through fraudulent deals.

Kagwe’s return would not be about fixing anything, it would be about reviving the theft that was interrupted when he left. The same cartels that benefited from the Covid heist are desperate to have him back because they know he will protect their deals.

That is why they are spreading propaganda, organizing strikes, and using media to attack the current leadership. It is all part of a bigger plan to make room for Kagwe so that he can continue where he left off.

Kenyans should not be fooled. Kagwe was at the center of one of the worst corruption scandals in Kenya’s history. He does not deserve a second chance.

Bringing him back would be a disaster for the country, and it would only mean more looting, more corruption, and more suffering for ordinary citizens.
