President William Ruto on Saturday made his first public appearance at his daughter Charlene Ruto’s traditional Koito ceremony, as the private family celebration continued at his Kilgoris residence in Narok County.
The President joined family members, friends, business people and political leaders who had gathered at the venue for the cultural occasion.
